Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt (as recorded by delivery confirmation) to request a return of your purchased item from Volantech Ltd. To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Custom products are not eligible for return or refund. Customization includes choices in color, shape, format, switch type, switch quantity, or material. For clarity on your specific item's eligibility, please contact us directly.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@volantech.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We do not accept returned items that have not been pre-approved through this process.

Responsibility for Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, defective, or damaged during transit. In such cases, Volantech Ltd will cover the return costs.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and address it promptly. We are not liable for any damage incurred after delivery or during the installation process.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original, and once the return is accepted, a separate purchase for the new item can be made. Contact us at info@volantech.co.uk to facilitate this process.

Refunds

We will inform you once we've received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Delays in posting the refund to your account may occur and are subject to your bank or credit card company's policies.

Cancelling an Order

A £25 administrative fee applies to cancellations of orders containing any customizable parts. If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
